David brings 25+ years of experience across commercial real estate investment, asset management, and brokerage. He founded Wellington Realty in 2006 and WRC in 2015, overseeing the acquisition, repositioning, and exit of more than $100MM in multifamily assets. With deep market knowledge across Texas and the Southwest, David has led diversified portfolios spanning multifamily, office, and retail.
