Mason brings a strong foundation in real estate finance and asset management, having supported the oversight of a $1B+ structured loan portfolio at Arbor Realty Trust, including 60+ bridge loans across more than 20 U.S. markets. Prior to Arbor, Mason worked at JLL in Dallas, where they developed financial models, conducted feasibility analyses, and provided market research across multifamily, senior living, retail, office, and industrial assets to support developments nationwide.
