THE TEAM

Blake brings experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management at ATCAP Partners, a Dallas-based private real estate investment firm. Prior to joining WRC, Blake supported underwriting and due diligence efforts for industrial transactions across the Sunbelt, Midwest, and Northeast. A Dallas native, he graduated from the University of Miami in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
